Interesting to see the parkrun volunteer t-shirt colour and design is finalised. I will be wearing eggplant apparently with my hi-viz on Saturdays when they arrive [months away I’d think].
An easier day today at only 10 miles with [6 – 2/2]. Completed my 5th virtual around Jersey and pleasingly four days ahead of schedule, with the TDC deficit also falling steadily. Quads rather tired today so that is a good or bad thing for tomorrow’s run depending on how you look at it. Sure to be another brrrr! I think, early on.
