My latest Run England group started in November 2013. We currently use the area around the docks [as it is well lit in the Winter] and will extend as runners’ fitness levels increase.

The BHF Canary Wharf Jog
A great social event of multiple laps to complete either 5 or 10 Kilometres. As this is untimed/self-timed it is a good way to ease those newer to running into the spirit of taking part in events. Around 20 runners from my Run England groups came together to enjoy the lovely spring evening. One of the runners [bottom right in photo] was from BV, a non-runner a mere 3 months ago, he completing his first event [the 10K] with ease.
