I found this book to be a better listen than the previous book, a how to rather than a personal account, but in general I didn’t really learn anything new. It seems difficult to say much new for those that have been running for quite a while? I think a book that includes both personal and instructional would work best. I.e this is what happened for me in my racing season and this is how I trained for those races. The personal side should be minimal as no matter how inspiring an author might think their story is, I’m afraid they more often than not read pretty much the same.
