The other hugely disappointing but hardly unexpected news is that I have gained 14 lbs since the end of 50/50. Seems like a lot but when you analyse, it is only a surfeit of 500 calories a day, which is very easy to slip into when your running has gone from 75-100 miles a week average to 0-30 miles a week.; the ex-boxer problem. Eat the same, exercise less, not a difficult equation.
