Although very narked that all my weight lose has been regained, I have [now the weather is getting colder] rediscovered a little trick from my past. I’ll have to be careful to not get waterbum, but drinking bucket loads of tea [weak British Rail not healthy green stuff] throughout the day to fill your stomach is a great way to prevent all the scoffing. Psychologically rewarding too.
That and some faster, fast and very fast efforts during training should hopefully work this time for weight lose?
