Well I never expected that after the 50/50 my running would drop to such a nothing level due to work/time constraints rather than running tiredness itself. Now nearly 4 weeks since 50/50 end and after last Sunday’s faster Half Marathon [and 5K] now time to try a faster Marathon. Aim is between 3.15 and 3.20 given that it isn’t a flat course and 4 weeks is barely enough to recover from one marathon let alone 50.
