This short running feels bizarre. Still. working on speed and strength might be what I should do now I only have six weeks till 50/50 start date? Lots more plodding miles won’t increase my stamina much more? As long as I try to include one more decent mileage effort a week, perhaps that might suffice? Not much info out there on this type of endeavour.
