Well I guess there’s no harm in a recovery week but this week has done my head in; so little running. Today only time for a jog to parkrun and back. With only 3 weeks to go till the Kent marathon it is hard to know where to concentrate? Getting a faster than usual marathon time or getting back to the multi-days a week long runs in preparation for 50/50? I think with only 71 days to go it should really be the latter, but …
