Just 7.5 miles around lunchtime runs at school, 12 miles after school and 3.5 miles home after evening Run England session.

Apart from a slightly sore left big toenail everything feels fine. Strangely it looks like I will finish this week with slightly less mileage than the first two weeks!?

Looking at the figures I should reasonably comfortably [if all goes seamlessly] get to 750 miles for this month. I am now fairly excited at the possibility that 4810 miles for the year might be just doable with some continued hard work in December?
