Glad to have pushed myself out this morning for a jog to/from Hackney parkrun and an attempt at the 20 minute mark despite not being fully on the ball. Just missed it, but all indications seem to point to comfortably breaking that barrier in the near future; dependent on how tired the high mileage weeks leave my legs. Breathing fine, half way in exactly 10 minutes but the legs lacked strength on the last mile to push. Without the 180 turn at halfway who knows?
