Always difficult to take days off but caution is always the best policy. A couple of days without running will never affect your fitness negatively but if a sore throat/cold moves to your chest it is time for a rest. Hard to see needed mileage totals slipping but I’m still currently 20 miles up on TDC.
A day saved early enough is worth several later on. So I hope to be back running tomorrow with a cleared throat/nose and nothing having quite got down to my chest properly.
