Back still rather sore from Sunday’s fall but good to cover a few miles today as it feels as if I haven’t run in years. All this shorter stuff is great but it is over so quickly you sort of feel like you haven’t done anything.
Only 6 miles including leading at Sweatshop tonight [unfortunately the watch died before the end of the run]. Time to start upping the daily mileage again, if not just for the TDC but also in preparation for this year’s Movember Milo Miles challenge to run the dates in November. This year I am going to crazily aim for at least 600 miles in the thirty days of the month [should be nearer 700 miles if I work really hard!?] With only 11 months till the planned 50 in 50 it is time to start boogieing.
