Back to the more ‘normal’ training today. Only 4 miles jogged but with 3,000 steps in the middle. Nothing rushed, just a nice and steady, with lots of little breaks, session. A 7 mile equivalent day.
Guess I’m going to have to get back to the food diary if I’m going to shift any weight? It would be good to be able to drop another 3-4 lbs before the next challenge, as carrying less weight over 100 miles can only be easier.
