Just a little 2 mile jog to parkrun duties. A chill run. Not even the jog back today, nor the scheduled stair climbing. No particular reason, just felt like a day off. A relaxing 2 mile walk in the afternoon doing some shopping.
With only 9 days till the big OFF, things are starting to feel a little bit more real. I will have to start thinking about cooking and freezing rice/pasta etc for quick and easy meals for post marathon recovery each day. The post run time will be more important than the actual 26.2 miles if all goes to plan.
Pleased to note this afternoon that my weight is down another 3lbs to 11 stone 12ibs; an awful lot of work though for such a small loss?
