7 miles jog to/from evening Run England group. Legs feeling rested even after only four days. It will be interesting to see if my jog pace quickens with rest this week; though I will have to do some major stair climb training the next four days to get 20,000 steps out of the way before the marathons [as have 30,000 for the month and I might be too tired after the marathons to do much the final week of March].
