Trot to/from and with Sweatshop tonight whilst looking after the 5K and 10K groups. Lovely to see some of the training I have been doing with the 10K guys is already resulting in faster times. Another 7 miles in the bag. Pace unimportant.
Tried the new shoes tonight [as a short run] incredibly bright white, bouncy, large clown shoes in comparison to my UK Gears.
