Recovery 7 mile jog day. First to parkrun duties [with laptop rucksack] then a little potter around to make the minimum mileage needed for the ‘Run Until You Drop’ trial [still not sure whether I will do or not?] which I just happen to be covering the distance for anyway.
Fascinating to see the pace increase from a very sluggish start, back to my usual steady pace of 9-9.30 minutes a mile. 128 miles in the week. Rest day today, then back to the 20s tomorrow.
