A 12 mile hill repeat long run day at the start of the second block of 20 milers. Legs felt nice and rested after two easy days rest. Felt like all slowish running [as I was training others] so surprised it was about 9 minutes a mile average, including the up and downs. Always nice to run hill repeats just for the great pictures it makes on your trace.
The next few days will be tricky as I am on a full time First Aid course each day. Still, 20 miles in total covered today [6.5/12/1.5] and my sixth virtual circuit around Jersey; and a whole five days ahead of schedule.
