Added an ‘adventures’ page where I can log some of my fun running/bagging ‘games’. Always good to step away from ‘serious’ training and/or do more than just recovery runs [which are of course a necessary part of the serious training] and/or more than simply ‘functional’ running ie running to work.
No matter how silly seeming, adventures can help you cover miles that you may not have elsewise.
Today just a jog to/from evening Run England group with three faster half miles [8, 7 1/2, 6 1/2 pace] during a four mile faster section of my own training whilst I waited. 10 miles day.
